My name is Iryna Harvey and I am an IMBUILDING instructor.

If you’ve never heard the term and don’t know what it is , it’s an Intimate muscles building fitness program that was developed over 30 years ago and has helped 100s of thousands of women around the world to develop, strengthen and reconnect to their most intimate and sacred space.

I am the only instructor in North America who can teach this method all levels from A to Z.

And I am the only one in the world besides my dear teacher and mentor Nikitina Olga who can train new instructors,

so we can spread this knowledge in our communities all around the world and bring healing, strength, pleasure, orgasms, wisdom and power back to every woman out there and teach every girl in generations to come to never forget about the fact that she is sacred, she is a portal to the divine, that connects heaven and earth.

I am passionate about women’s intimate health.

I believe that pleasure and orgasms are not just women’s birthright, but also essential for their physical, emotional and

mental health, as well as their spiritual growth.

I am a certified VUMBUILDING – IMBUILDING instructor (intimate muscles fitness), an Usui Reiki and Qigong practitioner, Sex and relationship coach, Sex educator as well as a womb healer through cervical awakening and womb-heart connection, Womb-Hara massage practitioner.

I am also an ecstatic birth practitioner, Kundalini activation purity sensation certified facilitator, Energy Codes certified facilitator through Morter Institute of bioenergetics.

I continuously study and add to my practice different new modalities, it’s a life style at this point, passion and mission and I would be honored to share my knowledge and experience with you!

Retreat program description.

This retreat is for the women who put their health and pleasure first, before anyone or anything!

And if you are not that woman yet, then you are definitely looking for the right path in the right place!

This time we will gather in a beautiful old colonial-era city San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, from 19 th -21 st September.

Every day, for three days we will spend together from 9am to 7pm learning, practicing and having fun.

Beverages, snacks and lunch will be provided.

This UNESCO World Heritage city is pure magic!

Cobblestone streets, colorful facades (picture perfect ), rooftop sunsets, art galleries and the best food in the country!

A perfect blend of colonial charm, culture and creativity.

It has been ranked as the world’s most beautiful city for many years!

If you will be traveling from other parts of Mexico or Internationally, we will give you recommendations on airports for arrival and hotels to stay.

During our 3 day training we will dive deep into the topic of Women’s Intimate Health, on all the levels – physical, energetical, spiritual.

You will be introduced to the IMBUILDING – Intimate Muscles Building level 1 - program VUMFIT.

Over the course of 30+ years this program has helped hundreds of thousands of women worldwide.

VUMFIT

Vumfit is the first level of IMBUILDING - Intimate Muscles Building.

Vumfit is a personal Intimate muscles fitness training, that allows every woman, regardless of age to develop, strengthen, restore and learn how to voluntarily control her most intimate muscles.

Vumfit program helps women train their pelvic floor muscles and 2/3 of vaginal canal with the help of a personal autonomous training device by Nikitina.

It is a medical grade patented training device that creates internal resistance to the muscles.

It is not a toy and doesn’t have vibration or pulsation of any kind.

There is no nudity! We will wear comfortable sports clothes.
